West Coast states agree region will move toward reopening based on health outcomes

California, Oregon and Washington agreed today to work together on a shared approach for reopening state economies – one that “identifies clear indicators for communities to restart public life and business.” Each Governor announced that the shared goals would put residents’ health first, be guided by health outcomes and science, and will be effective by working together. Our physical and mental health go hand-in-hand. If you or someone you love are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call this number 24 hours a day: 1-888-724-7240. This San Diego Access and Crisis Line has counselors with a variety of backgrounds, including youth, geriatric social services, in-home domestic violence intervention, case management, and drug and alcohol abuse. Language interpreter services enable the ACL to assist in 150 languages within seconds. People can also chat with them online Monday-Friday from 4-10 p.m.
