Quarterly Neighborhood Cleanups The City’s Quarterly Neighborhood Cleanup events are held in collaboration with Neighborhood Services, Code Enforcement and the Green Oceanside Team FOUR TIMES each year! Participate by conducting a household cleanup or volunteering on the day of the event. |

OUSD’s Zero Waste School’s Initiative In partnership with the City of Oceanside, Oceanside Unified School District (OUSD) became the FIRST school district in the Nation to commit to the goal of Zero Waste.
