What standards apply to development on a property?

Development standards for a property depend upon its zoning designation.  Development standards for each zoning designation are included in the 1992 Zoning Ordinance (for properties outside the coastal zone) and the Coastal Zoning Ordinance (1986 Zoning Ordinance)
