How do I speak at a Council meeting about a matter not on the agenda?

There are 2 ways to speak about a matter that is within the jurisdiction of the City but not on the agenda. Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes.

  1. Advance written requests to speak to the City Council must be received in the City Manager’s office at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
  2. You may submit a “Request to Speak” form to the City Clerk prior to the start of Public Communication.
